Get attractive Breasts with these 5 exercises

Keep the palms in the direction of your face and elbows stuck to your sides. Initially, inhale while reducing the weight down and exhale while pressing up. Repeat!

3. The C-Sweep

Hold the weights above your forehead after in lying position on the ground. With your palms facing upwards, draw an imaginary 'C' in the air. During this, keep your arms low and move them in the direction of the hips. Get back to the starting position by keeping your palms up. Perform a minimum of 20 repetitions of this exercise.

4. The Chest Fly

Keep your feet flat and knees bent after in lying position on the ground. With a small bend in the elbows, begin with raising your arms up. Then inhale while opening the arms wide exactly like you open arms to provide somebody a hug and then bring in your arms, stopping them above the chest. Carry your arms back to a place to start and exhale. Do 25 repetitions of this exercise.

5. The Elbow Squeeze

Stay in standing position and carry weights to the eye level. Press the weight with each other, and then bring your elbows in and out, ensure that weights sustain the eye level. Repeat!

Bottom Line: Perform the above mentioned exercises and basic Shoulder Press and Push-up to obtain perky and attractive breasts. But, how about men with breasts?
